A record number of 93 referees participated in second stage of preseason clinic at I.N.S last Saturday in order to prepare the upcoming season.
Main themes have been two-person mechanic on the court followed by a physical fitness test. The first stage took already place in a webinar session on Wednesday September 7th.
On Sunday the clinic continued with a limited number of referees called to referee LBBL games and N2 men games. Conflict management, new FIBA guidelines and coaching younger referees have been the main topics.
The clinic will conclude with a lecture for all referees next Sunday morning in Heffingen covering new rules and other themes, preceded by an E-rules test. An additional course for LBBL/N2 men referees will be held on Monday evening.
