On Wednesday evening, the decisive game 3 was played in the men’s semi finals between Basket Esch and T71 Dudelange. In the end, the home team was able to win the game and will play against champion Amicale Steinsel in the finals 2022/23.

– Basket Esch wins the series 2:1 after being down 0:1 and advances to the finals against Amicale Steinsel
– T71 had the better start and led by as many as 12 points in the second quarter behind Logins, who had 11 points in the first half
– Esch was able to cut the opponent’s lead to 5 points at the break (35:40)
– The hosts had a furious run in the third quarter and won this quarter 24:7 which gave Esch a 59:47 lead heading into the final period of the game
– Esch did not allow T71 to come back into the game and advanced to the finals
– Clancy Rugg scored 35 points, Jordan Hicks (15) and Thomas Grün (13) scored in double digits as well
