Nationale 2 team Black Star Mersch has replaced coach Rainer Kloss, who ends his coaching career, with Denis Profico, the former assistant coach.
Furthermore, the team announced the signing of former Sparta-player Rashad Hassan, who played in Luxembourg in the 2015-16 season and lastly played Australia, England and Saudi-Arabia.
Black Star played last season with only 1 professional player, but the club plans to play with 2 « pros » in the upcoming 2021/22 season.
