Die Pokalendspiele der Basketball-Meisterschaft müssen aufgrund der aktuellen Situation betreffend des “Corona“-Virus neu terminiert werden. Die für kommenden Samstag (14.3.) geplanten Endspiele in der Coque in Kirchberg werden daher zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt in der Saison nachgeholt. Der Termin wird demnächst mitgeteilt.
Auf Rat der “Santé“ sollen Leute Veranstaltungen mit mehr als 1000 Leuten meiden, das Basketballfinale zieht jährlich deutlich mehr Leute an, sodass der Basketballverband die Absage der Spiele als logischen Schritt sieht. Im Vordergrund steht natürlich die Gesundheit der SpielerInnen und BesucherInnen. Ein Austragen der Spiele ohne Zuschauerbeteiligung ist für die FLBB keine Option.
Update: Die bereits gekauften Tickets bleiben gültig für die neu teminierten Finalspiele.

The cup finals of the basketball championship have to be rescheduled due to the current situation regarding the « Corona » virus. The finals scheduled for next Saturday (March 14th) at the Coque in Kirchberg will therefore be played at a later point in the season. The date will be announced soon.
On the advice of the « Santé » people should avoid events with more than 1000 people, the basketball final attracts significantly more people every year, so the basketball association sees the cancellation of the games as a logical step. The health of the players and visitors is of paramount importance. Carrying out the games without audience participation is not an option for the FLBB.
