Résidence Walfer – Etzella Ettelbruck 89:95
– Etzella wins the series 2:0 and advances to the semi finals
– Etzella led 40:22 after the first quarter, the team hit 16/20 shots in the first ten minutes
– Walfer fought back late in the game, but was not able ti turn the game around, Yann Wolff led a balanced Etzella-team with 24 points
AB Contern – T71 Dudelange 68:70
– T71 wins the series 2:0 and advances to the semi finals
– After T71 had a big lead at the break (44:29), Contern fought back and the game was decided in the final seconds.
– Contern had one last chance to tie or win the game, but after an offensive rebound on a missed free-throw, the team did not get another shot (video)
– Edward Colbert led T71 with 27 points
Sparta Bertrange – Amicale Steinsel 80:89
– Steinsel wins the series 2:0 and advances to the semi finals
– After a high scoring first half, Sparta led 59:56 but Steinsel turned the game around after the break, Scott Morton scored 25 points ans Jarvis Williams added 24
– Sparta played with only one professional player
Arantia Larochette – Basket Esch 93:73
– Arantia wins the series 2:0 and advances to the semi finals
– Arantia took control of the game with a big third quarter (34:16) and finally won the game by 20 points behind Kiandre Gaddy’s 35-point performance
