On Wednesday-evening, the Gladiators Trier played a championship game on the road. Against Phoenix Hagen, Trier did not have any chance, they trailed early in the game by 30 points and finally lost 77:102. The guests did not give up and played press defense in the final minutes, but the gap was too large to make a come-back.
While it was the first win for Hagen of the season (1:2), Trier’s record in the standings drops to a balanced 2:2.
