On Wednesday evening, the women team of Gréngewald Hueschtert played the return game in the EuroCup qualification against the opponent from Portugal, Uniao Sportiva/Azoris Hotels. After winning the first game by 3 points on the road last week, Gréngewald also won the home game on Wednesday, the final score was 72:54.
After a balanced start and 17:17 score after 10 minutes, Gréngewald created a 10-point lead late in the second quarter and was able to extend that lead in the third quarter (56:43). The guests from Portugal tried to make a comeback but Gréngewald always had an answer. All starters scored 6+ points for the team of coach Francois Manti, Dejza James led the team with 32 points.

Gréngewald Hueschtert will now face Cadi La Seu (Spain), Casademont Zaragoza (Spain) and Castors Braine (Belgium) in group I, the first game is scheduled for October 26th in Spain.
