At the end of the regular season and with the start of the play-offs, it is time for another edition of the JICL MVP race presented by our partner QUBE.
1. Bob Melcher (Amicale)
Melcher has climbed the MVP ranking since the start of the season and now sits on top of the race. The point guard of Amicale Steinsel is the league leading JICL scorer, the third best passer and the ninth best rebounder. Melcher does it all for his team and is the men’s MVP at the end of the regular season.
2. Mike Feipel (Sparta)
The young player of Sparta led his team to the first place in the standings, he had multiple impressive games to secure the number one spot over the last weeks and he has shown his great all around game all season. Feipel is the second best JICL scorer and 7th in rebounds.
3. Malcolm Kreps (Résidence)
Résidence battled with multiple injuries and was still leading the league for many weeks as the JICL players stepped up. Kreps had multiple amazing games and showed his potential throughout the season. He is the 6th best scorer and 6th best rebounder of all JICL players.
4. Yann Wolff (Etzella)
Wolff is the only JICL player who averages a double-double as he is the only double digit rebounder as well. He is the 8th best JICL scorer and best rebounder.
5. Lou Demuth (Heffingen)
Demuth has been a consistent force under the baskets for Heffingen and helped the team play a strong regular season. He is the 12th best JICL scorer and 3rd best rebounder.
The women’s JICL MVP race will follow at the beginning of next week, the women play their last regular season games this weekend.
