Game day 8 in the men’s LBBL will be played from Friday until Sunday.
On Friday evening, the Musel Pikes (2:5) will host Etzella (4:3). The guests come off a surprising loss at home against Gréngewald and are looking to show a reaction on the road.
On Saturday, a key game will be played in Larochette as Arantia and the Kordall Steelers meet, both teams have a 2:5 record and the loser of this game will fall further down in the league standings. Contern has been on the rise after a slow start and is looking for another victory on the road in Dudelange, clearly a tough challenge. Basket Esch wants to stay in touch with the leading duo Walfer/Steinsel and therefore needs a victory at home against Sparta, a team that is coming off a loss against newcomer Kordall.
Résidence Walfer and Amicale Steinsel are leading the league with a 6:1 record. Both teams will be in action on Sunday on the road.
