Sparta-player Nicole Torresani is currently in action at the World championship with Italy’s U17 team, the event takes place in Mexico. On Sunday, the nation started the competition with a 71:63 victory over New Zealand.
The 16-year old player who won the LBBL U21 player of the year award last season, scored an impressive 12 points in 26 minutes, she added 5 rebounds and 4 steals.
