In the men’s National 2 play-offs, 4 games out of 10 have been played.
Racing Luxembourg celebrated the promotion to the Enovos League last weekend. The team remains unbeaten (20:0 record) and continues to impress with a 89:78 victory over BC Mess this weekend. During the week, the club announced that both professional players (Bivins and Temple) will remain with the team for the upcoming season. While 5 players scored in double digits against Mess, Antonio Bivins led the team with 23 points as the team overcame a cold shooting night from behind the arc (3/21).
The Black Frogs Schieren remain on track to reach the second spot in the standings. Schieren earned a hard fought 80:76 victory on the road against Gréngewald Hueschtert. Hyree Armstead scored 21 points while Alexandre Meireles added 17 points. With this victory, Schieren stays 3 points ahead of the Kordall Steelers and 4 points ahead of Hueschtert.
The Kordall Steelers are currently third in the league standings, the spot that will allow a team to play a promotion-series against a team from the Enovos League. On Sunday, Kordall grabbed a 70:56 road victory over AS Zolwer. Behind a balanced team effort, Everette Hammond led the team with 18 points.
