On Saturday, the first game day of the women’s LBBL play-offs are on the schedule.
The top game between Gréngewald and T71 – which is a preview for the cup final – is on the schedule. If the « Greens » can stay unbeaten, they have already clinched home court advantage for the semi finals and finals (if they qualify). Since the first place in the standings seems to be taken by Gréngewald with a high certainty, Dudelange focuses on finishing second and a victory against Gréngewald would be a huge bonus. If Wiltz wants to make a push at the semi finals, a victory on the road in Contern is a must while Sparta has the chance to take a 3-point lead over Steinsel with a win at home.
The games played in this play-offs will also determine which team wins the direct comparison which could become decisive in case of a tie scenario after 5 rounds.
