On Saturday, the FLBB U16 boys played the second game of the European Championship (Division B). Against Croatia, Luxembourg lost 58:80.
Croatia created a lead in the first half and Luxembourg was not able to fight back in the second half as the opponent extended the lead to start the third quarter. Philippe Stoffel (video) led Luxembourg with 25 points, Konan Oth added 12 points.

Coaching staff:
The boys competed against a very strong team. There were some bright spots against this high level team. Hopefully we can learn from this experience and make improvements for the remaining games in group play.
The third game of Luxembourg will be played on Sunday at 17:00 against Czech Republic.
