Coaching staff: „The third game against Bulgaria ended in a loss. Although we managed to keep up at times, every mistake is immediately punished at this level. It’s evident that the team is improving with each game, but compared to other nations, they are still smaller and physically weaker, which is particularly noticeable in rebounding. Despite all efforts and fighting spirit, the lack of size cannot be fully compensated. The girls need to try to maintain their good approaches throughout the entire 40 minutes. On Sunday, the girls will focus on recovery before playing their final group match against the group leader, Austria, on Monday. »
