Our U16 girls played the third game of the European Championship (Division B) on Saturday. Luxembourg lost 56:69 against Estonia, it was the second loss in the third game for the FLBB squad.
Joyce Isi Etute scored 20 points and added 21 rebounds but it was not enough to overcome a collective effort by Estonia (5 players in double digits).

,,The game against Estonia was very important for us to win , however we were not focused enough from the beginning. We had too many unforced turnovers and this is why this loss hurts a lot.
In the 2nd half we were trying and we were fighting but it was hard to find the right rhythm. Both teams had terrible shooting percentage.‘‘
The next game will be played on Tuesday against Ukraine.
