Coaching staff: „In the first game we faced the relegated team from Division A and had to face a physical and more aggressive opponent. We tried to resist, but the difference in physicality was too great. As announced by FIBA and as in the other tournaments (U18 women and U16 men), the referees let a lot get away with and we are not used to this aggressiveness, especially the full-field pressing. We were inferior in rebounding and the many ball losses meant that Czechia clearly won the game. We will try to improve in every game and adapt to the toughness. The girls gave everything and fought for every ball. »
