Our U18 boys were able to beat Albania in the semi-final at the European Challengers thanks to a late game-winner by Sam Streef.
The 17-year old player of the Musel Pikes said this after the game: „Today’s game was all about team spirit. We came into the game with a very high level of energy and we were able to hold that up until half-time. The third quarter was tougher but we succeded to hold our heads above water and came back strong in the last quarter and at the end it all came down to the last minute where we took the game with a bit of luck. All of us left our heart on the court and even the bench was a huge help when the entire gym was against us. We played great defense and it feels amazing to move to the final.“
The final will be played on Sunday at 20:45 against Kosovo!
